HB 4760
Rep. Cal Skinner, Jr. (R-Crystal Lake) introduced a bill that would allow municipalities to enact local ordinances banning nudity. NAC is watching this bill carefully. Illinois naturists are urged to look for NAC Action Alerts, Advisories and Updates concerning HB 4760.

This bill died in the House Rules Committee. Cal Skinner has announced his candidacy as a Libertarian in the 2002 Illinois gubernatorial contest.
