Anti-Nudity Ordinance, 2004

The Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) of Hillsborough County, Florida, has once again been presented with a proposal for a new and unnecessary anti-nudity ordinance that threatens naturists directly.

The Naturist Action Committee strongly urges naturists to attend the BOCC meeting on June 2 and to contact commissioners by letter, e-mail or phone call. Read the NAC Action Alert dated May 26, 2004.

NAC encourages you to demonstrate your opposition to this proposed ordinance by making your presence felt at the meeting of the Hillsborough County lawmakers.

The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 2, 2004. Please arrive about a half hour early to assure that you have a place to sit. If you intend to speak, you must complete the Request for Public Comment card located at the sign-up table inside the Boardroom.
